The chapter has conducted a project such as a fundraising program or school-based business providing an opportunity for the students to demonstrate the skills necessary in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating a report. Prior to the oral presentation, the judge will evaluate the written portion, the major emphasis of which is the content.

The oral presentation by a chapter representative team composed of one to three members may be a maximum of 15 minutes in length—10 minutes for the team presentation and 5 minutes for judge questioning. The team members will explain and describe the project completed. The judge will evaluate the presentation, focusing on the effectiveness of public speaking and presentation skills and how well the students respond to questions that the judge may ask during the presentation.

Competition includes a written and oral evaluation.
